Cosigning is disabled by our security system when it detects that an attempt to access your wallet has been made by (what we think) could have been somebody other than you.
For your wallets security, no transaction from your wallet will be recognized once cosigning is disabled. You can of course always use your backup PDF and the recovery process to move your coins immediately.
To re-enable cosigning assistance from our support team is required and a ticket needs to be opened. We recommend that everywhere you use the same password you change your password to something else and consider this password to no longer be safe to use anywhere!
We also strongly recommend using 2FA for an extra layer of security to access your account.
